Structure

  •  Veterinarian owner exchanges property on a tax deferred basis into a pool of diversified assets.
  •  Veterinarian receives units in the Veterinary Real Estate Fund equivalent to the value of the property.
  •  As a unit holder, the Veterinarian receives regular cash distributions from income generated in the Fund.

Operations

  • The Veterinarian has no Landlord responsibilities as all the day to day operations are the responsibility of the Fund Managers.
  • The Fund Managers are responsible for acquisitions, property management, and dispositions of the assets.

Liquidity

  • To protect Veterinarians from unforeseen circumstances there is an option to cash out.

Ultimate Exit

  • The Veterinarian owner receives a premium return upon the sale of the portfolio.
