Veterinarian owner exchanges property on a tax deferred basis into a pool of diversified assets.

Veterinarian receives units in the Veterinary Real Estate Fund equivalent to the value of the property.

As a unit holder, the Veterinarian receives regular cash distributions from income generated in the Fund.
Operations

The Veterinarian has no Landlord responsibilities as all the day to day operations are the responsibility of the Fund Managers.

The Fund Managers are responsible for acquisitions, property management, and dispositions of the assets.
Liquidity

To protect Veterinarians from unforeseen circumstances there is an option to cash out.
Ultimate Exit

The Veterinarian owner receives a premium return upon the sale of the portfolio.
